Mysa stays Private Limited is an online and offline platform for providing reasonable and temporary properties/ accommodations, operating in the brand name “mysa stays ”. Below Terms and Conditions are applicable to all the Guests or customers who are making bookings for villas or service apartments through any of our online channels like our website, our mobile application, third party website or third party application or through offline channels like any third parties, advertisements, referrals etc. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them before you start making a Booking through our Booking Channels. These Terms and Conditions becomes applicable to the Guests who make a Booking through any of the Booking Channels and also to the Guests making any queries related to any Booking made through our Booking Channels. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and Mysa stays may, without prior notice to you and at any time, revise them and any other information contained in any Booking Channel by updating these Terms and Conditions. Please note that the restated Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately upon posting. Mysa stays may also make improvements or changes in the services provided by it as described in Booking Channels at any time without notice. Therefore, you are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to these Terms and Conditions. Except where additional terms and conditions are provided, these Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order placed or service provided by mysa stays . If you are not agreeable to any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Booking Channels to make a Booking through mysa stays

- If you wish to cancel 15days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
- Cancellation between 7 to 15 days- It will be Non -Refundable, however we shall open the dates for the reservation (after clients consent) and find another in the same price post which we shall share a credit note. The difference will be borne by the guest if the alternate reservation value is more than the original reservation and if its less than the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a credit note. Validity of the credit note will be 60 days from the day of issuance.
For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
Our standard cancellation policy exempts cancellations made for peak dates public holidays and long weekends
Bookings made via third-party sites, such as Airbnb or GoMMT, may be subject to the respective channel’s cancellation terms. Please check the Cancellation Policy of the site where the booking was originally made.

Credit note –
In case of any changes made to a reservation wherein the updated booking value exceeds the original amount, the difference must be borne by the guest.
- Credit note will not be applicable for peak dates public holidays and long weekends
- A Future Credit Note cannot be combined with another credit note.
The validation period of a Future Credit Note will be specified on it and cannot be extended. If a booking is made using credit, the check-in date must be within the validity period.
In most cases, a Future Credit Note expires 3 months from its date of issue, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of issue.

If a booking has been made using credit, standard cancellation policy will not be applicable

Relocation (to another Home) is not permitted, once a booking is confirmed.

By Guest: · A rescheduling request can be raised up to 15 days prior to the check-in date. MYSA STAYS may charge a Reschedule Charge that may have to be rescheduled If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is being rescheduled to, is higher than the tariffs of the original booking, the difference is payable to MYSA STAYS , along with the Reschedule charge. · A rescheduling request cannot be raised for peak dates. By mysa stays : Mysa stays reserves the right to cancel a booking. In such a case, guests are eligible for any one of the following options: · Mysa stays will book an alternative comparable home. · Mysa stays shall offer a Future Credit Note (valid for 3 months from date of issuance) for the entire booking value. · A full refund for the total amount paid.

In case of early check-ins and extended departures, an additional fee may be charged depending on mysa stays discretion and availability of the home.

Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We'd be happy to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 1 pm , provided there's no booking at the villa for the previous night. Please confirm with us a day prior to the check-in, which will be subject to availability

1. In case of any refunds that MYSA STAYS owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 7 working days.
2. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for processing refunds by MYSA STAYS .

Mysa stays serves as an online as well offline platform for booking Properties at affordable prices. Mysa stays also hosts content about the Properties. The inclusion of any amenities or services at the Properties at a particular time shall not imply or warrant that these amenities or services will be available at all times and Mysa stays reserves the right to discontinue them at any time.

The tariff mentioned by Mysa stays Booking Channels are non-negotiable and are subject to change without prior notice. All rates mentioned by the Mysa stays Booking Channels are as per room and/or as per multiple rooms basis. The tariff for the Properties may or may not include applicable taxes (if any) depending on the type of Property. It is possible that the tariffs mentioned on any online booking channels may be inaccurate due to a technical glitch. In the event that such a technical glitch error occurs which is beyond the control of Mysa stays , Mysa stays reserves the right to correct the same and the incorrect and erroneous tariff will not be enforceable against Mysa stays .

a.Guests shall understand and agree that Property booked by the Guests is a residential property with other persons living around. It is imperative that the conduct of the Guests shall in no way disturb the tranquility, peace and modesty of the neighbors.
b. The Property booked by the Guests shall be used only for the purpose of stay and not for any other purpose.
c. The Guests shall not cause any nuisance to the property of the neighbours.
d. In order to avoid disturbance to the neighbours the Guest shall ensure that no loud music is played around poolside, garden, compound, balconies or terraces etc after 10 pm . or any outdoor area that would cause disturbance to neighbours or cause any kind of nuisance.
e. The Guests shall not use Property for committing or conducting any unlawful act or immoral activity, Mysa stays and any of the representatives, employees, relatives or agents of the Mysa stays shall in no way be responsible or liable for such acts on behalf of the Guests.
g. The Guests shall not possess or consume any prohibited drugs or organize any rave parties in or around Property. Breach of this condition will result in immediate lodging of a Police Complaint by Mysa stays against the Guests.
Creating unsanitary conditions (e.g., generating excessive trash or vomiting in the property or on any linens or offensive odors, or throwing food all around the property or attracting pests) are prohibited Commercial photography, film, or videography requires expressed written consent.
Unreasonable numbers of guests including any that exceed the maximum number of a particular property are not allowed.
Making any change, modification, alteration, or addition whatsoever to the property or its contents (including moving furniture around); are not allowed.

Zero tolerance. Please ensure that you respect all members of staff and your fellow residents.. In accordance with our non-discrimination and harassment policy, we have zero tolerance for racism, sexism, discrimination, intimidation, or violence to any kind.
If guest exceed any applicable maximum authorized number of overnight guests, then guest will be liable to pay additional fees of up to 100% of your effective daily rate for each unauthorized guest and we may revoke or terminate your license to occupy the property immediately.
We also provide linens and kitchenware for your use during your stay. Any such items that are removed from the property will be charged to you in accordance with the mysa stays Terms.
Only those amenities that are described in your booking confirmation are available to you. Please follow any instructions that have been provided to you or may be posted on the property. Your use of any amenities is at your sole risk. Guests younger than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult when using any amenities and other common areas.
Safety and Security. Guest is responsible for their safety and security. Guest must read, listen to, and comply with any fire, health, or safety rules and regulations which are provided to them.
Mysa styas may provide you with other written instructions applicable to your stay. These written instructions are “House Rules” as defined in mysa stays Terms. Guest must follow those instructions, and call mysa stays helpline if guest have any questions.

Pets may or may not be allowed on the Properties at the discretion of Mysa stays . Such information will be set out in the Booking Confirmation issued to Guests. Mysa stays may, at its discretion, charge a non-refundable Pet Fee. If the Guests/their visitors, bring pets to Property without Mysa stays 's prior written approval or if the Guests bring pets other than the one whose specific approval is granted, such pets shall not be allowed to enter the Property and if Guests have already Checked-In, they may be evicted by Mysa stays from the Property.
Pets, when allowed by Mysa stays , must be kept on the Property and should always be in company and control of Guests. Guests shall be solely and entirely responsible to ensure that pets do not spoil or damage the Property and/or the items/furniture therein. The Guests shall be responsible for ensuring that their pets do not create any nuisance to the neighbors or any other people around the Property.
Pets are not allowed inside our swimming pools & violation of our pet policy results in a INR 5,000 fine. Guests must ensure they scoop the poop of the pets and dispose of it without creating any mess in the property.

The Guests understand and agree that Mysa Stay is only an online and offline booking platform and Mysa stays and any of the representatives, employees, relatives or agents of the Mysa stays shall in no way be responsible or liable for such acts on behalf of the Guests in the following situations and/or in any other similar situations:-

Mysa stays and its affiliates are not responsible for any risks associated with your use of their accommodations, experiences, or other services. Guest are solely responsible for any issues or interactions during your stay or while using their services. Neither Mysa stays nor any involved parties will be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, personal injury, or emotional distress arising from these terms, property use, or interactions with others through Mysa stays services.

If accidents, fires, hazards, injuries, or deaths occur due to any reason, including conflicts between guests, disputes with property caretakers, or other emergencies at the property involving guests, caretakers, or third parties, mysa stays or its representatives are not responsible.

Mysa stay is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from illegal or hazardous activities conducted by guests or anyone accompanying them at the property.
if any criminal acts occur, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment based on various factors, abusive behaviour, theft, murder, kidnapping, criminal negligence, involvement in illegal substances, prostitution, rave parties, or obscene acts, whether committed by guests, their companions, property caretakers, or third parties, Mysa stays and any of the representatives, employees, relatives or agents of the Mysa stays shall in no way be responsible or liable for such acts on behalf of the Guests.

Mysa stays is not responsible for any structural damages, such as wall cracks, leaks, seepage, or issues related to paintwork, electronic devices, swimming pools, windows, doors, and similar aspects of the property.

Inverter or generator backups – Are provided at all mysa stays properties .However, inverter backups last depending on usability of electric items by the client.. Kindly note, electricity in most of the tourist towns is provided by the government and not private players, hence restoration of the same takes longer than usual city power cuts. Mysa stays will not be held liable for any power cut outs and no refund will be provided to the client for the same, as it’s out of the control of Mysa stay.

Kindly note that there is no lifeguard stationed at any pool of Mysa stay property and the guests should only indulge in swimming if they know how to swim & in case they don’t, they shall carry a float or tube as mysa stay shall not provide any. Kids should always be assisted by adults in or by the poolside. Any accidents incurred at the property/pool is not a liability of Mysa stay.
Guests shall at all given times take responsibility for keeping their luggage/valuables and all personal belongings in a locked cupboard and the loss or damage of any item left unattended will not be a liability or responsibility of Mysa stays .
Guests shall make sure their cars are aptly parked in the designated parking areas avoiding any hindrance to other cars in the vicinity. Parking of cars will be solely at the owners risk and Mysa stays does not accept any damage or responsibility for any such accidents or losses.
Certain Mysa stays properties are close to nature and hence mosquitoes/insects/pests may be spotted more often than natural, Mysa stays requests all its guests to make sure to shut all doors and windows at sunset to avoid such insects/pests from entering the property. Trespassing of pests/insects into an Mysa stays property isn’t a liability of Mysa stays and no refund will be provided by Mysa stays . However, the ground team of Mysa stays shall be notified in case of any such incident and necessary steps/actions will be taken to get rid of the insects/pests.
Wi-if network fluctuations may take place due to various unforeseen reasons & mysa stays holds no control over the same. No refunds will be provided in such a case irrespective.

Availability of Amenities and Services: It's important to note that the inclusion of any amenities or services at the properties at a particular time does not guarantee that these amenities or services will be available at all times. Mysastay explicitly mentions that they reserve the right to discontinue them at any time. This means that the availability of amenities and services may vary and could be subject to change without prior notice.

Mysa stay grants limited, non-transferable permission to access and view website content. Failure to comply leads to automatic termination of granted rights. No express or implied rights under patents, trademarks, or copyrights are given except for specified permissions. Content copying onto other platforms or websites is prohibited without prior consent. Users must not use devices or software to interfere with the website's functioning or transactions. No reproduction, alteration, or public display of content is allowed without Mysa stay 's written consent. Information provided must be virus-free and not contain harmful computer programming routines. Mysa stay reserves the right to terminate rights without prior notice for non-compliance. Users confirm adherence to these terms and conditions.

Mysa stay is not liable for the contents of these third-party websites or any claims that may arise from your use of them. Users should exercise caution and discretion when accessing and using third-party websites linked from Mysa stay , as they are not under Mysa stay 's control or responsibility.

Guests must understand that making payments, such as Advance or Security Deposit, or confirming a booking with Mysa stay signifies their unconditional acceptance of all booking details.
Mysa stay will only consider a booking as valid and confirmed when the entire Booking Amount is paid through the registered payment mode provided by Mysa stay . If the full amount is not received by the specified due dates, the Booking Confirmation will be cancelled
If a booking is made through third-party websites, applications, or agents, guests are still required to ensure payment is received by Mysa stay using the registered payment method. Any terms and conditions from third parties will also apply alongside Mysa stay 's terms, with Mysa stay 's terms prevailing in case of inconsistencies.
In the event of conflicting terms and conditions between third parties and Mysa stay , Mysa stay 's terms and conditions take precedence for the guest and the booking.

1. To secure a reservation, guests are required to make an Advance payment before receiving a Booking Confirmation. This serves as security for Mysa stay to mitigate potential revenue loss in case of booking cancellations or unpaid balances.
2. If the Advance payment is not received by Mysa stay , a Booking Confirmation will not be issued to the guest.
3. Guests must inspect and report any damage to the Property and its contents, including equipment, appliances, utensils, furniture, and more, within 90 minutes of check-in. Failure to report damages within this time frame will hold the guest responsible for reimbursing Mysa stay for any such damages.
4. Guests are expected to use the Property and its furnishings with care. Upon check-out, the guest is responsible for leaving the Property in reasonably clean and good order, accounting for normal wear and tear.
5. In the event of damage or breakage to a single item within a set, the guest is liable to cover the cost of replacing the entire set. For instance, if one glass in a set of 4 is damaged, the guest is responsible for replacing all 4 pieces in the set.
6. Guests cannot relocate any equipment, appliances, furniture, or artifacts from their original positions without prior consent from Mysa stay . The inspection for damages will occur between check-out and the next check-in, and Mysa stay aims to refund the Security Deposit, if applicable, within 30 mins from the check-out time. The assessed repair or replacement costs will be communicated to the guest and considered final and binding. If these costs exceed the Security Deposit, the excess amount will be invoiced to the guest, payable within 7 days. Any Security Deposit refunds will be processed as per the guest's provided account details or the original payment method.

1. You acknowledge and confirm that the credit/debit card or other financial information you provide is accurate and lawfully owned/obtained by you.
2. Mysa stays holds no liability for any credit/debit card fraud. Responsibility for fraudulent card use rests solely with you, and the burden of proof to the contrary lies exclusively with you.

Any breach of the terms and conditions outlined here will lead to:
1. Automatic and immediate termination of the Booking.
2. Immediate eviction or removal of Guests from the Property.
3. Immediate forfeiture of the entire Booking Amount or any other payments made by Guests.
There will be no recourse for the refund of any amounts paid or deposited by the Guest/Guests in the event of such a breach.

Any information that is required to be collected by us shall be kept confidential in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy. In addition to the same, the provisions of the following laws/ rules/ guidelines/ regulations shall be applicable to the use of our Online Booking Channels:
i. The provisions of Information Technology Act, 2000 relating to processing of personal data and as may be amended from time to time.
ii. The provisions of the Information Technology(Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 as may be amended from time to time.
iii. The provisions of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 as may be amended from time to time.
Any information provided by you in case of any Booking made through our Offline Booking Channels shall also be kept confidential as per these Terms and Conditions.

1. Accurate Property Representation: Mysa stay’s makes reasonable efforts to provide and display realistic pictures of the property. However, if the description or depiction of the property is materially inaccurate in terms of size, Mysa stay’s is not held responsible or liable.
2. Amenities and Property Condition: During the booking, if amenities listed in the pictures or described in the listing are not present or not functioning properly (e.g., decks, pools, hot tubs, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, electrical, heating, or air conditioning systems), or if there are cleanliness issues, insect problems, unpleasant odors, or deficiencies in services and amenities, guests must notify Mysa stay’s within 12 hours of check-in. Guests should provide information and evidence (e.g., photographs) of the issues. Mysa stay’s will make efforts to resolve these issues but is not responsible for compensation if they cannot be resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
3. Guest Responsibility: Guests understand that Mysa stay’s is not liable for issues caused directly or indirectly by the guest's actions, omissions, or negligence.
4. Occupied Property: If the property is already occupied by other visitors at the check-in time of a particular guest, Mysa stay’s will make reasonable efforts to find and book an alternative property that is reasonably comparable in terms of size, rooms, features, and quality to the originally booked property.
5. Final Decision: Mysa stay's decision on matters related to property issues and resolutions is final.
It's important for guests to carefully read and understand such terms and conditions before booking a property to ensure they are aware of their rights and responsibilities in case of any issues during their stay.

This termination can occur without prior notice, and you acknowledge that Mysa Stay’s may promptly deactivate or remove your account upon detecting such violations.

The failure of Mysa stay’s to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions mentioned on this website will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Any messages, ideas, suggestions, drawings, or other materials (referred to as "Submissions") which you may submit through or in connection with this website become Mysa stay's exclusive property. By doing so, you grant Mysa stay’s the right to freely use and publish these Submissions for any purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without compensating you.
