Bedrooms

Configuration: The villa features 3 beautifully curated bedrooms.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor near the kitchen and living room.

Two bedrooms are on the first floor, each with private balconies and a shared patio with a swing.

Amenities: AC, Wi-Fi, king-sized beds, wardrobes, attached bathrooms with geysers, towels, and toiletries.

Living Room

Design: A spacious area with large sofas, indoor/outdoor games, and a TV.

Access: The living room opens to outdoor seating with mesmerizing views.

Kitchen

Usage: Ideal for making tea, coffee, and simple food for infants.

Features: The kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and basic cooking tools.

Non-Vegetarian Food: Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed.

Exterior Areas

Garden: A lush, green garden amidst serene surroundings.

Pool: The centrally located pool offers a refreshing experience in the midst of greenery.

Additional Information

Distance: 5.5 KM from Lonavala Railway Station.

Payment: Credit and debit card payments are not accepted on the property.

Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Meals

The meal package will include Lunch, Hi-tea and Snacks, Dinner and Breakfast.

Meal package - ₹1000 per person per night for Veg meal and ₹1200 per person per night for Non-Veg meal.

BBQ can also be arranged at an additional cost.

(Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance).

Note - Zomato and Swiggy are also serviceable.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Public Holiday/Long Weekend /Weekend(Saturday):
As per our terms and conditions, during busy periods like long weekends, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund any amount.

Payment Policy:
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable ₹5,000 security deposit is required at check-in and refunded at check-out, provided no damages are detected.

Costs for any damages during the stay will be deducted from the deposit.

Pool Usage

Pool timings: 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Food Orders

Food orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Immediate orders might not be accommodated if requested less than 24 hours prior.

Pet Rules

One pet is allowed with an additional charge of ₹800.

Guests must provide their pet’s bowls and bedding.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste or messes.

Quiet Hours

Observe quiet hours from 12:00 am to 8:00 am.

Loud music is prohibited post 10:00 pm as per government rules.

Guest Limit

Unregistered guests are not allowed.

Notify us in advance if guest numbers increase (charges apply).

No parties or late-night revelry are allowed.

Respect for Property

Handle the property and its contents with care.

Damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.

Avoid rearranging furniture and ensure proper use of furnishings.

Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

Additional Guidelines

A ₹5,000 refundable security deposit must be submitted at check-in.

Original ID proof of all guests must be submitted at check-in.

The villa has inverter backup, which lasts for 3-4 hours only once the electricity goes.

Playing loud music at any time is prohibited. Soft music can only be played indoors after 10:00 pm.

Always be respectful to neighbors. Failure to do so may lead to the involvement of police or local authorities, and the security deposit will be forfeited.

HOME TRUTHS :

Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes
Basic Cutlery and crockery is available.
CCTV camera's are installed in the exterior portion of the villa (near parking space) for security reasons
There is only 1 TV in the living space . We implore you to explore the premises and bond with your loved ones.
In case of power outages, the generator can support all lights, fans for up to 3-4 hours.
Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild insects or bugs due to the villa location
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Network is subject to availability at any given time.
Parking is available for up to 2 cars The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete.
The caretaker resides on the premises of the property
Mobile networks work fairly well here.
There are other villas adjacent to this villa , all of them are in a gated property.
Terrace is not accusable to the guests.
Pool entrances are also made separate to maintain other guest's privacy.
