Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time begins at 1:00 PM, and guests are required to check out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible based on availability and will incur additional charges.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹6,000 will be collected upon check-in. This amount will be returned during check-out, provided no damages are found on the property.
ID Proof Requirements
As per regulations, all guests aged 18 and above must present valid government-approved photo identification at check-in. Acceptable forms of ID include Aadhar cards, driving licenses, and passports.
Food Order Policy
To ensure smooth operations, all food orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Orders made within this period may not be accommodated.
Pet Policy
The property is pet-friendly and allows one pet per booking with an additional charge of ₹800. However, pets are not allowed on sofas, beds, or in the pool. Guests must bring their pet's essentials, such as bowls and bedding, and are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including waste or any mess caused during their stay.
Quiet Hours
To respect the peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Loud music is not allowed at any time during the stay, while soft music is permitted indoors only after 10:00 PM. Violations of this rule may attract police intervention or eviction without refunds.
Pool Usage Rules
The pool is open from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests are required to supervise children under the age of 14 at all times, and non-swimmers should not use the pool unsupervised. General pool etiquette, such as maintaining cleanliness and respecting other guests, is expected.
Guest Limit
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. If the number of guests exceeds the agreed count, prior approval must be sought, and extra charges will apply. During their stay, guests are not permitted to invite additional visitors or hold parties.
Kitchen Not Accessible
Cleanliness and Maintenance
To maintain a clean and welcoming environment, guests are requested to clean up after themselves. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning charges. Trash and recycling must be disposed of in the designated bins provided.
Utilities and Power Backup
The property is equipped with an inverter backup system, which can last for 5-6 hours in case of a power outage. Guests are requested to conserve electricity and ensure all appliances are turned off when not in use.
Caretaker Assistance
A caretaker is available on-site from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM to assist guests with property-related queries and provide support when needed.
Prohibited Activities
The property strictly prohibits the use, possession, or distribution of any illegal or recreational drugs. Violators will be evicted immediately without a refund and may face legal action. Additionally, the use of crackers or color powders is not allowed on the premises.
Security Measures
For your safety, please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Additional Information
Guests are requested to notify the caretaker 10-15 minutes prior to arrival for a smooth check-in process. Parents or guardians must closely supervise children in the pool area for their safety. Any violations of the above house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
