The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy.
- 1 Bedroom on the Ground Floor – ideal for seniors or guests who prefer easy access.
- 3 Bedrooms on the First Floor – well-lit, airy, and perfect for a peaceful stay.

A total of 5 bathrooms are available for guest use.
- 4 Attached Bathrooms – one with each bedroom, ensuring privacy and convenience.
- 1 Common Bathroom – easily accessible from the living area.

A fully functional kitchen is available for guest use.
- Equipped with essential utensils, cookware, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks.
- Ideal for families, long stays, and guests who prefer home-style cooking.

Features private on-site parking within the premises.
- Spacious area allows up to 4 cars to be parked comfortably and safely.

Meals

- We offer both combo meal packages and à la carte options at this property.

- To ensure smooth arrangements, we request guests to confirm their preferred meal choice at least 1 day prior to check-in.

- Outside Food: Guests are welcome to bring outside food or order from delivery services.

- Kitchen Access Charges: Up to 10 guests: ₹500
More than 10 guests: ₹1,000

- Please note that utensil washing assistance is not included in the ₹500 kitchen access charge.

- Bonfire: One complimentary bonfire setup is included with your stay. Any additional bonfire request will be charged ₹500 per setup.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Public Holiday/Long Weekend /Weekend(Saturday):
As per our terms and conditions, during busy periods like long weekends, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund any amount.

Payment Policy:
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable ₹5,000 security deposit is required at check-in and refunded at check-out, provided no damages are detected.

Costs for any damages during the stay will be deducted from the deposit.

Pool Usage

Pool timings: 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Food Orders

Food orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Immediate orders might not be accommodated if requested less than 24 hours prior.

Quiet Hours

Observe quiet hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 am.

Loud music is prohibited post 10:00 pm as per government rules.

Guest Limit

Unregistered guests are not allowed.

Notify us in advance if guest numbers increase (charges apply).

No parties or late-night revelry are allowed.

Respect for Property

Handle the property and its contents with care.

Damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.

Avoid rearranging furniture and ensure proper use of furnishings.

Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

Additional Guidelines

Original ID proof of all guests must be submitted at check-in.

The villa has inverter backup, which lasts for 3-4 hours only once the electricity goes.

Always be respectful to neighbors. Failure to do so may lead to the involvement of police or local authorities, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
