The six cottages are arranged in close proximity to one another, offering ample space between them for individual privacy. Each cottage boasts a captivating view of the mountains, lawns, or pool.

BEDROOMS

- The property features 6 such beautifully curated cottages which feature comfortable bedrooms in each cottage.

- All the rooms offer a variety of amenities such as an AC, TV, Wi-Fi access, a king-sized bed, and a wardrobe .

- Please note that extra beds can be arranged upon request.

- Each cottage has its small balcony

- All rooms are also equipped with an attached bathroom.

- The bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

- We offer entire property and single cottages as well.

EXTERIOR AREAS

- There are a couple of indoor and outdoor games for you to have a fun and memorable experience.

- It opens up to a comfortable outdoor seating as well where you can enjoy the mesmerizing views.

- The exteriors of this property feature a lush green lawn soaking in with the amazing surroundings.

We do have an in-house cook who offers delicious indian home cooked meal packages at additional cost.

The meal package will include:

Lunch, Hi-tea and snacks, Dinner and Breakfast .

Meal package - ₹1000 per person per night

(For veg and non veg both)

BBQ can also be arranged at an additional cost 

(Meal timings are fixed. This service closes at 10 pm. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance)

• Cancellation Policy:  
• *Full Refund:* Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  
  
• *Partial Refund:* Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid. 
  
  
• *No Refund:* Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

- Pool timings from 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

- 24 hours prior food order will be taken.

-  If informed in less then 24 hours, We might not be able to take immediate orders.

Refundable security deposit:

A security deposit of ₹3000 is collected at the time of check in and refunded back at the time if check out if no damages are detected 

However, if any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Pet rules :

Pets are not permitted to be on the beds or sofas or pool.

One Pet allowed, applicable ₹300 additional charge

Kindly ensure that you bring along your pet's bowls and bedding

Pet waste cleanup: Guests should be responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including any waste or messes made in the rental property.
