Meals

We offer delicious in-house cooked meals at an additional cost; however, we do not have a buffet system.The meal package will include Lunch, Hi-tea and Snacks, Dinner and Breakfast.

Meal package - ₹1,000 per person per night for Veg meal
₹ 1,200 per person per night for Non-Veg meal.

BBQ Available Upon Request for an additional charge.
The cost is 1,000 for vegetarian and 1,200 for non-vegetarian INR per kilogram.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Public Holiday/Long Weekend /Weekend(Saturday):
As per our terms and conditions, during busy periods like long weekends, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund any amount.

Payment Policy:
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.

House rules

A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is to be submitted at check-in and will be refunded at check-out, provided no damages are found. Any repair costs for damages will be deducted from this deposit.

Original ID proof of all members must be submitted at check-in.

The property is equipped with an inverter backup that lasts 3-4 hours during power outages.

Pool timings are strictly from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Please Note:

Playing loud music at any time during your stay is strictly prohibited. Soft music is allowed indoors only after 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in police intervention and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Additional Rules for Pets:

Only one pet is allowed, with an additional charge of ₹300.

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or in the pool.

Guests must bring their own pet bowls and bedding.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Food Orders:

Food orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Immediate orders may not be entertained if informed in less than 24 hours.
