Property Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the living area, bedrooms, kitchen, and private pool.

Caretaker and Assistance:

Once your booking is confirmed, the caretaker's contact information will be shared with you.

A caretaker will be on-site to assist with a smooth check-in and check-out experience, and will be available to cater to any requests or requirements during your stay.

My team and I will also be reachable at all times via phone calls and text messages.

Pet-friendly property (charges of ₹800 apply).

Caretaker available on-site, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (on call).

Credit and debit card payments are not accepted on the property.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, with additional charges applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Public Holiday/Long Weekend /Weekend(Saturday):
As per our terms and conditions, during busy periods like long weekends, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund any amount.

Payment Policy:  
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₹8,000 is required at check-in.

The original ID proof of the allowed guest must be submitted at check-in.

Power Backup:

The villa is equipped with an "inverter backup" that lasts for 3-4 hours in case of a power outage.

Pool Timing:

The pool is available for use strictly from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Music & Noise:

Loud music is prohibited at all times.

Soft music may be played indoors after 10:00 PM, keeping in mind the respect for neighbors.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the involvement of local authorities and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Barbecue & Bonfire:

During the rainy season, barbecue and bonfire services may experience interruptions.
