Guests will have complete access to the villa and its pool during their stay. However, if they wish to use the kitchen for elaborate cooking, an additional fee of ₹500 will be charged. Similarly, ordering food from an external source will incur an extra ₹500 charge for cleaning purposes.

As the villa is located in a remote village, there might be occasional power outages, but the villa is equipped with an inverter to ensure continuous power supply.

The property is situated just 12 km from Karjat Railway Station, offering a scenic mountain view.

A caretaker is on-site from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, available on call.

The common pool is 10x20 sqft with a depth of 4.5 ft.

Fun recreational activities include badminton, football, snake and ladder (10x10 feet), carrom, Trump cards, and Uno cards.

The property is pet-friendly with an additional charge of ₹800.

An additional charge of ₹500 applies for kitchen usage.

The meal package will include Lunch, Hi-tea and Snacks, Dinner and Breakfast.

Meal package - ₹1000 per person per night for Veg meal and ₹1200 per person per night for Non-Veg meal.

BBQ can also be arranged at an additional cost.

(Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the booking amount. 
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 10 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.  
No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund. 

Payment Policy:  
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.  

Long Weekend Policy:  
In accordance with our terms and conditions, a strict no-refund policy applies during peak periods, including long weekends. Cancellations during these times will not be refunded.

Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-In: 01:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Pool Timings: The pool is available from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please adhere to these timings for the comfort and safety of all guests.

Food Package: Food orders will only be accepted 24 hours prior to your arrival. If informed less than 24 hours in advance, we may not be able to accommodate immediate orders.

Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are detected. If any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Pet Rules:

Pets are not allowed on the beds or sofas.

Only one pet is allowed, with an additional charge of ₹800.

Please ensure you bring your pet's bowls and bedding.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including waste or messes made in the rental property.

House Rules:

A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 must be submitted at check-in.

Original ID proof of all members must be submitted at check-in.

The villa is equipped with an inverter backup that lasts for 3-4 hours during power outages. As the villa is located in a remote village, there may be occasional power disruptions, but the inverter will ensure temporary power.

The pool is available only from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Loud music is prohibited at any time during your stay. Soft music is only permitted indoors after 10:00 PM. Please respect the neighbors. Non-compliance may lead to the involvement of local authorities and forfeiture of your security deposit.
