The property features four spacious and well-maintained suites surrounded by lush green lawns.

Two suites are located on the ground floor, while the other two are accessible via steps.

 Each suite offers stunning views of the mountains, lawns, or pool, ensuring a serene and private experience.

All four suites feature AC rooms with attached bathrooms for comfort and convenience.

Amenities include a king-sized bed, wardrobe, work desk, electric kettle, TV, and Wi-Fi access.

Each suite has its own balcony, offering a relaxing space with beautiful views.

Bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

Extra beds can be arranged upon request.

Guests will have complete access to the suite and its jacuzzi.

Please Note: The swimming pool is shared among all guests.

Living Room

The living room is the heart of the property, with two large sofas and a dining table that accommodates up to 10 people.

It is equipped with a TV, music system, and Wi-Fi, perfect for entertainment.

The living room opens up to comfortable outdoor seating, where guests can relax and take in the mesmerizing surroundings.

Exterior Areas

The property boasts lush green lawns, adding to the scenic beauty and tranquility.

A common pool (15ft X 30ft, depth: 4ft) is centrally located amidst the greenery.

There’s a play area for kids, along with outdoor games like cycling, badminton, and bat & ball for fun-filled activities.

Additional Amenities

Pet-Friendly Suites: Pets are allowed (₹300 applicable charge per pet).

Private Vehicle Parking is available for all guests.

A caretaker is on call between 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM to assist with any needs.

We do have an in-house cook who offers delicious indian home cooked meal packages at additional cost.

The meal package will include:

Lunch, Hi-tea and snacks, Dinner and Breakfast .

Meal package - ₹1000 per person per night for Veg meal / Non-Veg meal.

(Meal timings are fixed. This service closes at 10 pm. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the booking amount. 
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 10 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.  
No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund. 

Payment Policy:
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.  

Long Weekend Policy:
In accordance with our terms and conditions, a strict no-refund policy applies during peak periods, including long weekends. Cancellations during these times will not be refunded.

Check-in: 01:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

No kitchen access is provided to guests.

Payments via credit or debit cards are not accepted on the property.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is required at check-in.

The deposit will be refunded during check-out if no damages are found.

In case of damages, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit.

Identification

Original ID proof for all guests must be submitted at check-in.

Accepted IDs: Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport.

Generator Backup

The property is equipped with generator backup lasting 3-4 hours.

Quiet Hours

Observe quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors and other guests.

No loud music is allowed after 10:00 PM as per government regulations.

Pool Rules

Pool hours: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

Non-swimmers should avoid unsupervised entry into the pool.

Pool cleanliness and decorum must be maintained.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed (₹300 per pet).

Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or in the pool.

Guests must clean up after their pets and bring pet bedding and bowls.

Guest Policy

No unregistered guests or day visitors are allowed without prior approval (charges applicable).

Parties and late-night revelry are not permitted.

Respect for Property

Guests are requested to handle furnishings and appliances with care.

Any damages or missing items will be charged.

Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

Cleaning Guidelines

Guests must clean up after themselves.

Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges.

Prohibited Activities

Strict no drugs policy: Any violations will result in eviction and may involve law enforcement.

Crackers and colors are not allowed on the property.

Payments

All payments, including meals, must be pre-paid before check-in.

Security deposits can be paid in cash on-site.

Safety and Security

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Additional Notes

Barbecue and bonfire services may be interrupted during the rainy season.

Inform the caretaker about your arrival 10-15 minutes prior.

Parents or guardians must supervise children, especially near the pool.
