Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is required at check-in.
The deposit will be refunded during check-out if no damages are found.
In case of damages, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit.
Identification
Original ID proof for all guests must be submitted at check-in.
Accepted IDs: Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport.
Generator Backup
The property is equipped with generator backup lasting 3-4 hours.
Quiet Hours
Observe quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors and other guests.
No loud music is allowed after 10:00 PM as per government regulations.
Pool Rules
Pool hours: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
Non-swimmers should avoid unsupervised entry into the pool.
Pool cleanliness and decorum must be maintained.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed (₹300 per pet).
Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or in the pool.
Guests must clean up after their pets and bring pet bedding and bowls.
Guest Policy
No unregistered guests or day visitors are allowed without prior approval (charges applicable).
Parties and late-night revelry are not permitted.
Respect for Property
Guests are requested to handle furnishings and appliances with care.
Any damages or missing items will be charged.
Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
Cleaning Guidelines
Guests must clean up after themselves.
Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges.
Prohibited Activities
Strict no drugs policy: Any violations will result in eviction and may involve law enforcement.
Crackers and colors are not allowed on the property.
Payments

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
