The property features 4 beautifully curated bedrooms.

Each room offers a range of amenities, including AC, Wi-Fi access, a king-sized bed, and a wardrobe.

Extra beds can be arranged upon request.

Every room has its own small balcony.

There are 3 attached bathrooms.

The bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM

Relax and unwind in the warm and inviting living room of our charming villa.

It is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi.

The living room opens to comfortable outdoor seating where you can enjoy mesmerizing views.

KITCHEN

Guests may use the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles, and simple meals for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and over-the-counter cooktop.

Basic crockery and cutlery are provided.

Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed.

Note: Charges apply for using the kitchen.

EXTERIOR AREAS

The property features a lush green garden area, complementing the beautiful surroundings.

A charming pool is nestled amidst the greenery, perfect for relaxation.

• We do have an in-house cook who offers delicious indian home cooked meal packages at additional cost.
  
  The meal package will include
  Lunch, Hi-tea and snacks, Dinner and Breakfast .
  
  Veg Meal package - ₹1000 per person per night
  
  Nonveg - 1200 per person per night

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Public Holiday/Long Weekend /Weekend(Saturday):
As per our terms and conditions, during busy periods like long weekends, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund any amount.

Payment Policy:  
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.  

• KITCHEN USING CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE 1,000rs PER NIGHT

• Pool timings from 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Refundable security deposit:

A security deposit of ₹5000 is collected at the time of check in and refunded back at the time if check out if no damages are detected 

However, if any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Pet rules :

Pets are not permitted to be on the beds or sofas or pool.

One Pet allowed, applicable ₹800 additional charge

Kindly ensure that you bring along your pet's bowls and bedding

Pet waste cleanup: Guests should be responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including any waste or messes made in the rental property

Please Note:

Playing loud music anytime during the stay is prohibited. Soft music can be played only in indoors post 10 pm. Be always respectful to the neighbours. If not followed, it may lead to unnecessary invitation of police / local authorities at the property. Security deposit will be forfeited in such cases of non adherence of these guidelines.
