Welcome and Arrival

As you arrive at your Alibaugh villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious parking area and a welcoming entrance. The caretaker will be on hand to help you with your check-in.

Bedrooms

The villa offers two beautifully curated bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, king-sized beds, wardrobes, and attached modern bathrooms. Bathrooms are stocked with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. Extra beds are available upon request.

Living Room

The living room exudes charm with its spacious layout, featuring two large sofas, a music system, Wi-Fi, and mesmerizing views from the adjoining outdoor seating area. Enjoy entertainment with a projector-sized 5x7 for movie nights.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and basic crockery. Guests can use it for simple cooking like making tea, coffee, and infant meals. Reheating non-vegetarian food is permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.

Public Holiday/Long Weekend /Weekend(Saturday):
As per our terms and conditions, during busy periods like long weekends, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund any amount.

Payment Policy:  
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.  

Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-in time is at 1:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times for smooth turnover.

Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at check-in. It will be refunded during check-out if no damages are detected. If any damages occur, repair costs will be deducted.

Food Orders:

Food orders should be placed 24 hours in advance. Orders placed within less than 24 hours may not be accepted.

Jacuzzi Timings:

Jacuzzi is available from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM only.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. No loud music after 10:00 PM as per government rules.

Guest Limit:

No unregistered guests are allowed. If the guest count increases, please inform us prior to arrival. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

Respect for Property:

Please treat the property with respect. Any damage or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

Cleaning:

Help us maintain cleanliness. Dispose of trash in designated bins and leave the property as clean as you found it. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.

Jacuzzi Etiquette:

Be respectful of other guests. Keep the jacuzzi area clean and tidy. Do not enter if you are unwell.

Kitchen Use:

Guests can use the kitchen for basic needs, like preparing tea, coffee, and simple meals for infants. Clean up after using the kitchen, and a cleaning fee may apply if utensils are left unwashed.

Appliances & Amenities:

Turn off all appliances when not in use.

Security:

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Drugs Policy:

Our property has a strict "No Drugs" policy. The use or possession of illegal drugs will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Additional Notes:

Inform us 10-15 minutes before your arrival to assist with check-in.

Children must be supervised by parents or guardians, especially in the pool area.

Guests must carry government-approved photo ID for check-in.

Inappropriate behavior may result in a refusal of booking or eviction from the property.

All payments for bookings, including meals, must be pre-paid.
