BEDROOMS :

we do have an inhouse restaurant tie-up nearby , Menus are on ala carte basis and apart from that Zomato and Swiggy are also serviceable 

Cancellation Policy:  

*Full Refund:* Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

*Partial Refund:* Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid. 

*No Refund:* Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Check-In and Check-Out:    

• Check-in time is at 1 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM. Please adhere to these times to facilitate smooth turnover for our guests.
  
  

Quiet Hours:

• We value the peaceful ambiance of our surroundings.
• Please observe quiet hours from 12 AM to 8 AM to respect our neighbours and other guests.
• No loud music post 10 PM as per Government rules.
  
  

• It is a pet friendly property.
• Inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets, and be responsible for their cleanup
• Pets are advised to be kept on a leash in front of other guests, and not left unattended in the property.
• Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool as well.
• Guests are advised to bring the pets bed and bowls along.
• Maximum Pet’s allowed are 2
  
  

• No unregistered guests will be allowed, inform us prior if your guest count increases (charges will be applicable for the same).
• Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry.

Respect for the Property :         
                                                        

• Please treat our home and its contents with care and respect. Any damage or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Please take care of the furnishings and avoid rearranging furniture.
• Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
  
  

Cleaning :

• Help us maintain a clean space. Clean up after yourself .
• A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
• Please leave the property as clean as you found it.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins

• Non-swimmers should not enter the pool unsupervised.
• Children under the age of 14 must be always accompanied by an adult.
• Pool is only operational from 1 PM TO 11 PM

General Pool Etiquette:

• Be respectful of other guests and avoid excessive noise.
• Keep the pool area clean and tidy.
• Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
• Do not enter the pool if you are sick.
  
  

Kitchen Use :

• You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities. Please clean up after cooking. Wash and dry all dishes before checking out.
• A cleaning fee may apply if there are unwashed utensils.
• Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for parents with infants; in that case, a basic setup, with prior permission, can be provided. 

• Ensure all appliances and amenities are turned off when not in use.
  
  

• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. 
  
  

Drugs :

• Our property has a strict "No Drugs" policy. The use, possession, or distribution of any illegal or recreational drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction from the property, with no refunds and may be reported to local law enforcement if necessary

• We advise you to inform about your arrival 10-15 minutes prior to the caretaker.
• Please communicate with the us promptly for any issues or concerns.
• For the safety of children, we request that parents or guardians closely always observe and supervise their children while they are in the pool area. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• We also have a damage deposit policy which is collected at the time of check in.
• Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
• As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
• Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking.
• Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave if already checked in.
• No crackers or colours are permitted in this home.
• All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out provided no damages are observed.
• Security Deposit can also be paid in cash on-site. Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables.
• We have a caretaker available on-site who will be there to assist you with anything and everything you may need during your stay. They will be happy to help you access the internet ( wifi password is shared) . Please feel free to reach out to them for any assistance or information throughout your stay. We want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the property.
