Guest can access the whole cottage and the common areas like the living space , the lawn and the pool! 
Kitchen will not be accessible.

Veg- 1000 per person for per night
Non veg- 1200 per person for per night

Cancellation Policy:  

*Full Refund:* Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

*Partial Refund:* Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid. 

*No Refund:* Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

- Pool timings from 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Refundable security deposit:

A security deposit of ₹3000 is collected at the time of check in and refunded back at the time if check out if no damages are detected 

However, if any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Pet rules :

Pets are not permitted to be on the beds or sofas.

One Pet allowed, applicable ₹ 800 additional charge

Kindly ensure that you bring along your pet's bowls and bedding

Pet waste cleanup: Guests should be responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including any waste or messes made in the rental property.

Please Note:

Playing loud music anytime during the stay is prohibited. Soft music can be played only in indoors post 10 pm. Be always respectful to the neighbours. If not followed, it may lead to unnecessary invitation of police / local authorities at the property. Security deposit will be forfeited in such cases of non adherence of these guidelines.
