Pets should not be on beds, sofas, or in the pool.

No parties or late-night gatherings are permitted.
Respect for the Property:
Treat the property and its contents with care. Any damage or missing items will be your responsibility.
Do not rearrange the furniture.
Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

Please clean up after yourself. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins.

Non-swimmers should not enter the pool unsupervised.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Drugs:
Strict "No Drugs" policy. Violation will lead to immediate eviction and may be reported to local authorities.

Inform the caretaker about your arrival 10-15 minutes in advance.
Always supervise children in the pool area for safety.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
A government-approved photo ID is required for all guests over 18 years old (Aadhar card, driving license, or passport).
