CANCELLATION POLICY

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the booking amount. 
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 10 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.  
No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund. 

Payment Policy:  
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.  

Long Weekend Policy:  
In accordance with our terms and conditions, a strict no-refund policy applies during peak periods, including long weekends. Cancellations during these times will not be refunded.

₹5000 refundable security deposit at check-in.

Submit original ID proof at check-in.

Pool Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Food Orders: 24 hours prior notice required.

Pet Policy

One pet allowed with ₹800 charge.

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or in the pool.

Guests must clean up after pets.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 1 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.

Quiet hours: 12 AM - 8 AM, no loud music post-10 PM.

Guest Limit & Property Respect

Inform us of any guest increase prior to check-in.

Treat the property with care, damage will be charged.

Cleaning: Clean up after yourself; additional fee for excessive mess.

Pool Rules

Non-swimmers should not enter without supervision.

Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.

No entry for sick guests.

Kitchen Use

Use kitchen facilities but clean up after cooking.

Unwashed utensils may incur a cleaning fee.

Limited kitchen access for parents with infants.

Security

Lock all doors/windows when leaving.

Strict No Drugs policy. Violation results in immediate eviction.

Additional Notes

Notify us 10-15 minutes before arrival for caretaker assistance.

Ensure child safety in the pool.

Carry government-approved photo ID for all guests over 18.

Damage Deposit: Collected at check-in and refunded at check-out.

Noise and Music Policy

Playing loud music anytime is prohibited.

Soft indoor music allowed after 10 PM.
