The Space

This home has inverter backup lasting 3-4 hours during power outages. Due to the remote/hilly location, occasional electricity cuts may occur. Heavy appliances may not function during backup.

Bedrooms:

The property features two beautifully curated rooms, each equipped with AC, Wi-Fi, and a double-sized bed.

The bathrooms are provided with geysers and towels for your convenience.

Living Room:

The living room offers a large sofa, two chairs, a 38” TV, and Wi-Fi for a relaxing experience.

You can also enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor games available for entertainment.

Exterior Areas:

The property includes a common pool (32x11 sqft, depth 4.5ft) for your enjoyment.

A small play area is available for kids.

Jacuzzi Details:

To conserve water, the jacuzzi is filled upon your arrival, and refills are not available during your stay. The jacuzzi is freshly filled for every new booking.

Additional Features:

The living room features a private jacuzzi that seats four people, though hot water is not available.

Private vehicle parking is available for guests.

A caretaker is on-site and available on call from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Badminton, bat, and ball are provided for guests’ enjoyment.

Guest does not have access to the central kitchen.

BBQ is available at an additional cost.

Credit and debit card payments are not accepted at the property.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Meals

We have an in-house cook who offers delicious indian home cooked meal packages at additional cost.

The meal package will include Lunch, Hi-tea and Snacks, Dinner and Breakfast.

Meal package - ₹1000 per person per night for Veg meal and ₹1200 per person per night for Non-Veg meal.

BBQ can also be arranged at an additional cost.

(Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance).

PLEASE NOTE: Outside food is restricted at the property.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Public Holiday/Long Weekend /Weekend(Saturday):
As per our terms and conditions, during busy periods like long weekends, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund any amount.

Payment Policy:
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.

Pool Timings:

The pool is open from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Food Orders:

Food orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. If informed less than 24 hours prior, we may not be able to accommodate immediate orders.

Refundable Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is collected at check-in and refunded at check-out, provided no damages are found.

If any damages occur during your stay, the repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Pet Rules:

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or in the pool.

Only one pet is allowed, with an additional charge of ₹800.

Please bring your pet’s bowls and bedding.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Please Note:

Loud music is prohibited post 10 PM. Soft music can only be played indoors after 10:00 PM. Please respect the neighbors. Non-adherence may result in police intervention, and the security deposit will be forfeited.

Check-in time is 01:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

House Rules:

A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 must be submitted at check-in.

Original ID proof of all members must be submitted at check-in.

The villa has an inverter backup lasting 3-4 hours in the event of a power outage.

Jacuzzi Details:

To conserve water, the jacuzzi is filled upon your arrival. We kindly request that you enjoy the water provided, as refills are not available during your stay. Each fill uses 500 liters, and the jacuzzi is freshly filled for every new booking to ensure a clean and pleasant experience.

The jacuzzi has a set temperature and does not allow for adjustments. It is designed for a relaxing experience with normal water temperature.

Accommodation Rules:

If you are booking for two people, you will have access to one bedroom and the living area. For bookings above two people, you will have access to two bedrooms and the living area.
