- All the rooms offer a variety of amenities such as an AC, Wi-Fi access, a king-sized bed, and a wardrobe .
- Please note that extra beds can be arranged upon request.
- Each room is equipped with a work desk
- Each room has its small balcony
- All rooms are also equipped with an attached bathroom.
-The bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM

- Relax and enjoy the warmth of the living room of our charming cottage featuring two large sofas.
- It is also coupled with a dining table which can easily accommodate 10 people
- There are a couple of indoor and outdoor games for you to have a fun and memorable experience.
- It is also equipped with a Tv, music system and wifi.
- It opens up to a comfortable outdoor seating as well where you can enjoy the mesmerizing views.

KITCHEN

- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and an over the counter cooktop.
- Basic Crockery and cutlery are also available.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

EXTERIOR AREAS

- The exteriors of this property feature a lush green lawn soaking in with the amazing surroundings.
- A charming pool in the center of all the greenery
- It also features a play area for the kids.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- If you wish to cancel 15days before the arrival date, we will refund 80%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.
- Cancellation between 7 to 15 days- It will be Non -Refundable, however we shall open the dates for the reservation (after clients consent) and find another in the same price post which we shall share a credit note. The difference will be borne by the guest if the alternate reservation value is more than the original reservation and if its less than the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a credit note. Validity of the credit note will be 60 days from the day of issuance.
For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable.
Our standard cancellation policy exempts cancellations made for peak dates public holidays and long weekends
Bookings made via third-party sites, such as Airbnb or GoMMT, may be subject to the respective channel’s cancellation terms. Please check the Cancellation Policy of the site where the booking was originally made.

Credit note 

In case of any changes made to a reservation wherein the updated booking value exceeds the original amount, the difference must be borne by the guest.
- Credit note will not be applicable for peak dates public holidays and long weekends
- A Future Credit Note cannot be combined with another credit note.
The validation period of a Future Credit Note will be specified on it and cannot be extended. If a booking is made using credit, the check-in date must be within the validity period.
In most cases, a Future Credit Note expires 3 months from its date of issue, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of issue.
A Future Credit Note cannot be combined with another credit note.
If a booking has been made using credit, standard cancellation policy will not be applicable

Check-In and Check-Out:    

• Check-in time is at 1 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM. Please adhere to these times to facilitate smooth turnover for our guests.
  
  

Quiet Hours:

• We value the peaceful ambiance of our surroundings.
• Please observe quiet hours from 12 AM to 8 AM to respect our neighbours and other guests.
• No loud music post 10 PM as per Government rules.
  
  

Pet Policy:

• It is a pet friendly property.
• Inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets, and be responsible for their cleanup
• Pets are advised to be kept on a leash in front of other guests, and not left unattended in the property.
• Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool as well.
• Guests are advised to bring the pets bed and bowls along.
• Maximum Pet’s allowed are 3

Guest Limit : 

• No unregistered guests will be allowed, inform us prior if your guest count increases (charges will be applicable for the same). 
• During their stay, guests are not permitted to invite additional guests or day visitor's do not encourage parties and late-night revelry.

Respect for the Property :   

• Please treat our home and its contents with care and respect. Any damage or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Please take care of the furnishings and avoid rearranging furniture.
• Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

Cleaning :

• Help us maintain a clean space. Clean up after yourself .
• A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
• Please leave the property as clean as you found it.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins
  
  

Pool Rules :

• Non-swimmers should not enter the pool unsupervised.
• Children under the age of 14 must be always accompanied by an adult.
• Pool is only operational from 1 PM TO 11 PM

• Be respectful of other guests and avoid excessive noise.
• Keep the pool area clean and tidy.
• Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
• Do not enter the pool if you are sick.

Kitchen Use :

• Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for parents with infants; in that case, a basic setup, with prior permission, can be provided.

Appliances and Amenities :

• Ensure all appliances and amenities are turned off when not in use.

Security :

• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. 

Drugs :

• Our property has a strict "No Drugs" policy. The use, possession, or distribution of any illegal or recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction from the property, with no refunds and may be reported to local law enforcement if necessary

Additional things to note :

• We advise you to inform about your arrival 10-15 minutes prior to the caretaker.
• Please communicate with the us promptly for any issues or concerns.
• For the safety of children, we request that parents or guardians closely always observe and supervise their children while they are in the pool area. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• We also have a damage deposit policy which is collected at the time of check in.
• Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
• As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. 
• Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking.Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave if already checked in. 
• No crackers or colours are permitted in this home.
• All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out provided no damages are observed.
• Security Deposit can also be paid in cash on-site. Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables.
• We have a caretaker available on-site who will be there to assist you with anything and everything you may need during your stay. They will be happy to help you access the internet ( wifi password is shared) . Please feel free to reach out to them for any assistance or information throughout your stay. We want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the property.
