BEDROOMS
The property features 4 beautifully curated bedrooms.
Each room offers a range of amenities, including AC, Wi-Fi access, a king-sized bed.
Extra beds can be arranged upon request.
The bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
Relax and unwind in the warm and inviting living room of our charming villa.
It is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi.
The living room opens to comfortable outdoor seating where you can enjoy mesmerizing views.

KITCHEN
Guests may use the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles, and simple meals for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, water purifier, and over-the-counter cooktop.
Basic crockery and cutlery are provided.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed.

Note: Charges apply for using the kitchen.

• We do have an in-house cook who offers delicious indian home cooked meal packages at additional cost.
  
  The meal package will include
  Lunch, Hi-tea and snacks, Dinner and Breakfast .
  
  Veg Meal package - ₹1300 per person per night
  
  Nonveg - 1300 per person per night

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Public Holiday/Long Weekend /Weekend(Saturday):
As per our terms and conditions, during busy periods like long weekends, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund any amount.

Payment Policy:  
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.

  Check-in: 01:00 pm

  Check-out: 11:00 am

  Adhering to these times ensures a smooth turnover for guests.

  
  

  Refundable Security Deposit

  A refundable ₹5,000 security deposit is required at check-in and refunded at check-out, provided no damages are detected.

  Costs for any damages during the stay will be deducted from the deposit.

  
  

  Pool Usage

  Pool timings: 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

  
  

  Food Orders

  Food orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

  Immediate orders might not be accommodated if requested less than 24 hours prior.

  
  

  Pet Rules

  One pet is allowed with an additional charge of ₹800.

  Guests must provide their pet’s bowls and bedding.

  Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste or messes.

  
  

  Quiet Hours

  Observe quiet hours from 12:00 am to 8:00 am.

  Loud music is prohibited post 10:00 pm as per government rules.

  
  

  Guest Limit

  Unregistered guests are not allowed.

  Notify us in advance if guest numbers increase (charges apply).

  No parties or late-night revelry are allowed.

  
  

  Respect for Property

  Handle the property and its contents with care.

  Damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.

  Avoid rearranging furniture and ensure proper use of furnishings.

  Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

  
  

  Additional Guidelines

  A ₹5,000 refundable security deposit must be submitted at check-in.

  Original ID proof of all guests must be submitted at check-in.
  Playing loud music at any time is prohibited. Soft music can only be played indoors after 10:00 pm.

  Always be respectful to neighbors. Failure to do so may lead to the involvement of police or local authorities,
  and the security deposit will be forfeited.
  Non- swimmers and Children under 10 years must be accompanied by adults at all times in the pool.
