CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Public Holiday/Long Weekend /Weekend(Saturday):
As per our terms and conditions, during busy periods like long weekends, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund any amount.

Payment Policy:  
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.  

Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-in: 01:00 pm

Check-out: 11:00 am

Please adhere to these times for a smooth turnover and seamless experience for all guests.

Food Orders:

All food orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.

Immediate orders may not be accommodated if requested less than 24 hours prior.

Refundable Security Deposit:

A ₹5,000 refundable security deposit is required at check-in.

The deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

Any damages during your stay will be deducted from the deposit.

Pet Rules:

One pet is allowed with an additional charge of ₹800.

Guests are responsible for providing their pet’s bowls and bedding.

Guests must clean up after their pets and ensure no mess is left behind.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are observed from 12:00 am to 8:00 am.

Loud music is prohibited after 10:00 pm, as per government regulations.

Please respect the peace and tranquility of the surrounding neighborhood. Failure to adhere may result in the invitation of local authorities to the property. The security deposit will be forfeited in such cases.

Guest Limit:

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Please notify us in advance if the number of guests increases (additional charges may apply).

Parties or late-night revelry are not permitted.

Respect for Property:

Please handle the property and its contents with care.

Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.

Guests are requested to avoid rearranging furniture and to use the furnishings responsibly.

Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
