CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full Refund: Cancel your booking at least 15 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancel your booking 10 days before the check-in date to receive a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Public Holiday/Long Weekend /Weekend(Saturday):
As per our terms and conditions, during busy periods like long weekends, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund any amount.

Payment Policy:  
Please be advised that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property.  

• Pool timings from 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
  
  
• 24 hours prior food order will be taken.
  
  
•  If informed in less then 24 hours, We might not be able to take immediate orders.

Refundable security deposit:

• A security deposit of ₹5000 is collected at the time of check in and refunded back at the time if check out if no damages are detected 
  
  

However, if any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Pet rules :

Pets are not permitted to be on the beds or sofas or pool.
One Pet allowed, applicable ₹800 additional charge
Kindly ensure that you bring along your pet's bowls and bedding
Pet waste cleanup: Guests should be responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including any waste or messes made in the rental property.

Check-In and Check-Out:    

• Check-in time is at 1 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM. Please adhere to these times to facilitate smooth turnover for our guests.
  
  

Quiet Hours:

• We value the peaceful ambiance of our surroundings.
• Please observe quiet hours from 12 AM to 8 AM to respect our neighbours and other guests.
• No loud music post 10 PM as per Government rules.
  
  

Guest Limit : 

• No unregistered guests will be allowed, inform us prior if your guest count increases (charges will be applicable for the same). 
• During their stay, guests are not permitted to invite additional guests or day visitor's do not encourage parties and late-night revelry.

Respect for the Property :   

• Please treat our home and its contents with care and respect. Any damage or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Please take care of the furnishings and avoid rearranging furniture.
• Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

Cleaning :

• Help us maintain a clean space. Clean up after yourself .
• A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
• Please leave the property as clean as you found it.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins
  
  

Pool Rules :

• Non-swimmers should not enter the pool unsupervised.
• Children under the age of 14 must be always accompanied by an adult.
• Pool is only operational from 1 PM TO 11 PM

• Be respectful of other guests and avoid excessive noise.
• Keep the pool area clean and tidy.
• Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
• Do not enter the pool if you are sick.

Kitchen Use :

• Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for parents with infants; in that case, a basic setup, with prior permission, can be provided.

Appliances and Amenities :

• Ensure all appliances and amenities are turned off when not in use.

Security :

• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. 

Drugs :

• Our property has a strict "No Drugs" policy. The use, possession, or distribution of any illegal or recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction from the property, with no refunds and may be reported to local law enforcement if necessary

Additional things to note :

• We advise you to inform about your arrival 10-15 minutes prior to the caretaker.
• Please communicate with the us promptly for any issues or concerns.
• For the safety of children, we request that parents or guardians closely always observe and supervise their children while they are in the pool area. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• We also have a damage deposit policy which is collected at the time of check in.
• Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
• As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. 
• Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking.Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave if already checked in. 
• No crackers or colours are permitted in this home.
• All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out provided no damages are observed.
• Security Deposit can also be paid in cash on-site. Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables.
• We have a caretaker available on-site who will be there to assist you with anything and everything you may need during your stay. They will be happy to help you access the internet ( wifi password is shared) . Please feel free to reach out to them for any assistance or information throughout your stay. We want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the property.
